Teaching Personnel Ltd. are seeking a dedicated Progress Mentor / Attendance Officer to join a secondary college on the Fylde Coast.

This full-time, temporary absence-cover role involves 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, starting ASAP, and requires strong pastoral support and ability to work 1:1 with pupils to boost attendance and engagement.
