Trauma-Informed SEND Secondary Teacher

Compass Community School is a nurturing environment dedicated to specialist SEND provision, with a trauma-informed approach and extensive therapeutic training for staff. We emphasise holistic education, practical activities, and therapeutic elements woven into lessons to re-ignite students’ love of learning.

We seek teachers who can handle complex behaviours, build strong relationships, and deliver engaging lessons.
