Inspirational Deputy Headteacher: Strategic Leadership

The Deputy Headteacher at Highfield Ely Academy, part of the Active Learning Trust, will work with the Headteacher to deliver strategic leadership and develop the school’s direction. They will help to implement and evaluate practices and ensure resources are managed efficiently.
