Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our kitchen team to conceptualize and execute menus that exemplify our dedication to culinary excellence.
- Meticulously prepare and artfully present an array of dishes, ensuring exceptional taste, visual appeal, and consistency.
- Skilfully manage your assigned section during service, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality, and adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Foster the growth and development of junior team members, sharing your expertise and passion for the culinary arts.
- Demonstrable experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar role, showcasing proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Genuine love for the culinary arts and a keen desire to stay abreast of the latest gastronomic trends.
- Strong organizational skills, thriving in fast-paced environments with a knack for multitasking.

Salary
- Salary up to £30,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.
