The 2026/27 academic year is underway, and Stafflex Education is recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Huddersfield and the surrounding areas.

The Role
Supervising classes during teacher absencesDelivering pre-prepared lesson plansKeeping students focused and engagedManaging classroom behaviour effectivelyProviding feedback to teaching staff
What We’re Looking For
Previous Cover Supervisor or relevant secondary school experienceStrong classroom and behaviour management skillsConfidence working across different subjects and year groupsA flexible, reliable and professional approachEnhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
