About the Role
Tru Talent is recruiting an experienced Parts Delivery Driver to join our client’s team in Heathrow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused
Delivery Driver to play an important role within the operation, ensuring vehicle parts are delivered efficiently and on time to keep customer vehicles road-ready.
You will be responsible for completing morning and afternoon deliveries across the local area and M5 South areas, providing an efficient and professional service to customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous driving experience, excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to their work.
The Role of the Parts Delivery Driver:
- Complete morning and afternoon parts deliveries across the local area and M5 South areas
- Ensure parts are delivered safely, efficiently and on time
- Load and unload vehicle parts safely
- Carry out vehicle checks and report any issues
- Provide excellent customer service when delivering to customers
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach at all times
- Ensure delivery paperwork and records are completed accurately
- Support the wider team with the smooth running of the parts operation
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle
- Follow all relevant health & safety and company procedures
Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a driving or delivery role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, organised and punctual
- Proactive approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to load and unload vehicle parts
