Assistant Manager, Vocational Training Delivery

KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for Vocational Training in Hemel Hempstead. You will lead and develop the vocational training delivery team within a centre-based FE site, coordinating with the Education Manager to maximise contract performance and learner outcomes.

You will deliver teaching sessions, manage performance through appraisals and targets, and drive curriculum development that meets learners and employers’ needs.
