Commis Chef – Flexible Shifts, Up to £5k Tronc, Path to Head Chef

Upham Inns is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in Southern England. This role focuses on assisting in food preparation, cooking high quality dishes, and maintaining kitchen standards.

You will support head chefs, handle vegetables, meats and fish, and ensure compliance with health and safety rules in a busy pub kitchen. The ideal candidate is reliable, quick-thinking, and eager to develop skills toward Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef roles within our growing pub family.
