Behaviour Support Officer — Term-Time with Early Friday Finish

Hasmonean Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a Behaviour Support Officer at Hasmonean High School for Boys. You will support the school’s Behaviour Policy, ensuring students understand expectations, boundaries and consequences.

Key duties include managing the Reflection Room, supporting students whose behaviour affects learning, delivering targeted interventions, monitoring trends and coordinating detentions. You will work closely with pastoral leaders, staff and parents to raise student outcomes.
