Relief Swim Instructor — Teach Kids Water Safety

YMCA Bournemouth is seeking a Relief Swim Instructor to join our team in Poole. You will teach swimming techniques and water safety to school-aged children, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment while ensuring pool safety and monitoring progress.

Ideal candidates are STA or ASA qualified, experienced with children, and able to work zero-hour shifts. The role offers a flexible schedule within a supportive, community-focused charity and opportunities for training and development.
