1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Year 2 (Professional Development)

Micklem Primary School is inviting applications for a calm and caring individual to supports a Year 2 pupil on a 1:1 basis. The role emphasizes building positive relationships, effective communication (Makaton welcome/learnable), and supporting independence inside and outside the classroom.

The post is term-time only, 28.75 hours per week, fixed term and linked to external funding for a named pupil. The school prioritises safeguarding and professional development for staff.
