4Leisure is looking for enthusiastic and professional Fitness Instructors to join our team and work across a range of leisure and fitness facilities.

This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for flexible shifts that fit around your existing commitments, whether you’re looking for additional hours, casual work, or the opportunity to gain further experience within the leisure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for members.
• Supporting members with their fitness goals and providing guidance on safe and effective exercise.
• Conducting gym inductions and assisting members with gym equipment.
• Delivering group exercise classes where appropriately qualified.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and professional gym environment.
• Completing regular equipment and safety checks.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the fitness facility.
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.

What We’re Looking for:

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor – essential.
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification – desirable.
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and supporting others.
