Apex Hotels in Edinburgh is seeking a Casual Food and Beverage Assistant to join our welcoming team. You will interact with guests, deliver friendly service, and help across bar, restaurant, conference and room service to create a memorable stay.

On-the-job training will be provided, including learning about menus and our food and alcohol standards, with a structured 12-week learning journey to develop your skills and confidence. A great smile and proactive attitude are a must.
