Sodexo Group at HMP Addiewell is seeking an SVQ Cooking & Nutrition Instructor to deliver practical and classroom cookery, nutrition and food hygiene training within a secure establishment.
You will plan sessions, assess learners and support progression toward SVQ and related qualifications, while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in the teaching kitchen.
The role is 40 hours per week, with a salary of £29,125 rising to £31,144 on successful probation, plus Sodexo benefits.
