Job Description:
Vistry Group PLC is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join the team at Enderby, covering sites across the East Midlands including Nottingham, Leicester, Peterborough and Northampton. You will deliver an exceptional customer care service and provide technical advice on remedial solutions while carrying out repairs where required.
You will work closely with site teams, maintain high finish standards in NHBC-aligned works, manage customer journeys, and travel with a full driving licence.
