Part-Time Support Worker – Independent Living, Swansea

Case Management Cymru Ltd in Swansea is recruiting a Female Support Worker to support one client who has a traumatic brain injury and lives at home with her husband. The role is permanent, 16 hours weekly, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.

You will be warm, reliable and patient, building a positive relationship with the client and her family, providing gentle prompting and helping her maintain independence, routine and meaningful community engagement.
