Site Multi-Trade Specialist – New Build (Contract)

Randstad UK CPE team is seeking an experienced Site Handyman or Multi-Trade Operative for a short-term, intensive contract on a busy new-build residential development in Swindon. You will perform snagging, making good, and general repairs to ensure handover-ready properties.

Key tasks include minor repairs, patch painting, tiling and grouting, basic plumbing and sealing, plus addressing issues from handover lists.
