Warehouse Operative

Our client based in Southampton who are one of the UK’s largest drink wholesalers for the hospitality industry are currently looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a temporary-permanent basis working late shifts Monday-Friday.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment picking and packing a mixture of drink products (Alcoholic and Soft) ready for distribution, experience in a similar role is essential.

Salary/Benefits

• Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• 18:00 – 02:00 Monday-Thursday & 16:00-00:00 Friday’s
• £12.71 per hour (weekly pay)
• Free Parking
• Temp-perm after 12 weeks
• Full in-house training provided

The role

• Picking and packing (strong emphasis on accuracy and stock integrity)
• Handling a range of products including bottles, cases and Kegs
• Unloading and loading
• Operating LLOP (low level order picker)
• Working as part of a team
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Skills/Requirements required

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Previous experience operating a LLOP is essential
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
