Field Property Inspector – Residential Lettings

Command Recruitment is seeking a Property Inspections Clerk to join a busy Residential Lettings team in Upminster. This field-based role involves visiting properties to inspect and report on condition and support landlords and tenants.

You will conduct pre-, mid-, and end-of-tenancy inspections, document findings on a tablet, liaise with property managers, and ensure timely, accurate reports. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required.
