- These hours are fixed and cannot be varied

- Campbell House, Central Bristol
- The Speedwell Centre, Whitefield Road
As cover may be required at short notice, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
About the Role
You will provide a professional and welcoming reception service, supporting patients, visitors, and staff while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Full training will be provided, including training on specialist IT systems and local processes at each site. Join us and play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and positive experience for everyone who uses our services., Full training will be provided on local processes and specialist systems, including room booking software. We are looking for a flexible and reliable individual with previous reception experience, strong IT, communication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional while managing multiple priorities in a busy healthcare environment. Experience or understanding of mental health services would be an advantage.
