Patient Access & Appointment Coordinator (GP Practice)

Primary Integrated Community Services Ltd is seeking a receptionist to join our team. Experience is preferred but training will be provided. You will maintain a high level of quality reception service to visitors and support NHS-related processes within the practice.

You will respond to patient requests for appointments, explain arrangements to new patients, and manage signposting to alternative services as appropriate. A professional telephone manner and strong IT skills are essential.
