Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum plus bonus!
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, Fully Office Based

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and enhance service offerings
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability and success
Who Are We Looking For?
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the manufacturing or production sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- A strategic mindset with a knack for identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
