As an Operations Manager basedin Darlington you’ll be responsiblefor:
- The general healthand safety of the Fulfilment Centre .
- WarehouseManagement and Planning.
- People Management andmentoring.
- Internal and external stakeholdermanagement.
This is afull-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday toFriday on night shifts.
Andhere’s what we’d like you tohave:
- Previousrelevant Operations Management experience in related industrieswould be mandatory for this role
- Excellentcommunication skills and strong attention todetail
- Excellent people management skills wherementoring and leading by example are key elements of yourapproach
- Excellent systems skills includingWarehouse Management Systems and the full MS Officesuite.
