The position will see you leading a landmark mixed-use residential development in South East London, delivering over 500 new homes alongside retail, leisure, restaurant, café and community space.
The development will create a new focal point for the local area and is set to become one of the region’s flagship regeneration schemes.
With piling due to commence shorty, the project will consist of RC frame construction with a brickwork façade package and will run across multiple phases.
Reporting into the Project Director, the successful candidate will take operational responsibility for the scheme and, at peak, will manage a team of up to 10 Site Managers and Senior Site Managers.
