Global Head of Talent — AI-Driven, Precision Hiring

Orbital is hiring a Head of Talent to build and own our UK/US recruiting function as we scale. You’ll shape strategy with the CEO/COO/CRO, run a high-impact, direct-hire team and raise our talent bar across GTM and Engineering.

You’ll own executive search at pace, develop data-driven processes, and drive AI-enabled hiring practices in a VC-backed tech environment. This role requires cross‑border leadership and a track record of scale.
