Business Analyst required for a long-term engagement offering competitive rates. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite in the West Midlands, working closely with stakeholders, product, design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and define business requirements
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement activities
Document functional and non-functional requirements
Produce requirements and business analysis artefacts
Support backlog refinement and prioritisation
Create process maps and conduct impact assessments
Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are testable
Maintain traceability between business needs and delivered outcomes
Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams
Support delivery teams in clarifying requirements and business objectives

Skills & Experience

Strong Business Analysis experience
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Experience with functional and non-functional requirements
Backlog refinement and prioritisation experience
Process mapping and impact assessment experience
Experience defining acceptance criteria
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
