Data Coach — Lead 10-Week Data Bootcamp (Blended)

iO‑Sphere is recruiting a Data Coach to deliver a 10‑week NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Data, blending online sessions with 6–10 in‑person days in Oxford. You’ll guide career‑changers, run onboarding/offboarding conversations, and tailor ALS plans while using AI-assisted feedback to assess learner work.

You’ll support learners with CVs, portfolios, and interview prep, and help ensure inclusive access to learning for participants from varied backgrounds. This role starts October 2026.
