Development Director – Maternity Cover (Fundraising)

The Edinburgh International Festival is seeking a Director of Development on a maternity cover to end January 2028. Based in Edinburgh, you will lead the Development team and report to the Chief Executive, shaping the fundraising strategy with the SMT.

You will collaborate with corporate and individual philanthropists to deliver income-generating activities, inspiring teams with an imaginative, inclusive leadership style and delivering growth in fundraising targets.
