People AI & Governance Product Manager – Hybrid

NatWest Group is hiring a People AI & Governance Digital Product Manager to support the delivery, governance and compliance of People technology products. You’ll collaborate with Digital Product Lead to apply AI governance, Model Risk and AI & Data Ethics standards and work across People Technology, People Data & Analytics and bank-wide governance teams.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office collaboration at least two days per week.
