Senior Service Designer – Public Sector, End-to-End Impact

IBM FutureNow seeks an experienced Senior Service Designer to lead the design and continuous improvement of complex public sector services. You will work across multidisciplinary teams, translating user needs, policy intent and technology constraints into coherent end-to-end services, guided by GDS principles and evidence.

You will mentor designers, influence senior stakeholders, and drive service improvements from Discovery through Live, within a flexible, inclusive IBM environment.
