Senior Employee Relations Lead, EMEA Investigations

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Employee Relations Lead to drive complex ER matters and investigations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will advise senior HR and business leaders, shape policy interpretation, and uplift the ER capability regionally.
