Задачи:

• Develop Python and asyncio event-driven trading systems that ingest high-volume market and trading messages from Kafka and support fast, safe, and reliable bet execution across liquidity sources
• Build high-density trading UIs with real-time websocket updates that remain responsive under pressure
• Improve observability across critical trading paths with latency metrics, structured logging, tracing, dashboards, heartbeats, and alerting
• Design and build features aligned with business goals, delivering high-quality code with measurable value
• Review and test teammates’ code for functionality, maintainability, performance, and quality
• Own the team’s software in production, maintain stability, and address issues quickly
• Collaborate with development teams on cross-functional projects and with traders and quants to design and implement solutions to business problems
• Participate in out-of-hours support for software systems
• Take ownership of software throughout its lifecycle, from design and development to testing, review, and production support

Требования:

• Strong software development background and strong Python experience
• A degree in Computer Science or a numerical subject from a top university
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to balance innovation and practicality in implementation and architectural choices
• Experience with web scraping and reverse engineering, including working against bot protection tooling
• At least 3 years of software development experience
• Будет плюсом: Familiarity with building event-driven systems, comfort with Linux/Unix environments, experience driving successful cloud migrations (ideally to AWS), including setting up secure, scalable account and access structures
