Financial Controller | Finance Transformation & Controls

We’re partnering with a high-growth international business looking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to support the continued evolution of its finance function.

This is a unique opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys combining strong technical finance expertise with process improvement, systems enhancement and operational excellence.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help drive improvements across financial control, reporting, processes and systems, whilst supporting the development of a scalable finance infrastructure capable of supporting future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and optimise core finance processes and controls
• Support finance systems and automation initiatives
• Enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency and decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement across finance operations
• Partner with stakeholders across the wider business
• Deliver projects that create measurable operational and financial benefits

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Experienced Financial Controller, Head of Finance or senior finance leader
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting and month-end processes
• Proven track record delivering finance transformation or systems projects
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
