Head of Compliance Governance & Regulatory Reporting

SWIFT is seeking a Head of Compliance, Governance and Regulatory Engagement to lead governance, reporting and regulatory engagement across the organisation. You will shape the management information framework and partner with Executive Management and the Board to ensure risk insights are timely, accurate and actionable.

Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will lead a small team, set the standards for governance and reporting, and drive improvements as regulatory changes
