Head of Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

Pulsant is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead our procurement function from Edinburgh. You will set policy, negotiate supplier agreements and manage the Senior Buyer, driving cost efficiencies and high-quality supplier performance.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will align with internal stakeholders, deliver cost reductions, and implement robust governance across contracts and supplier management within a hybrid working environment.
