First Account Executive — Build the Sales Engine

Byteful in Manchester is hiring its first Account Executive to build the sales function from the ground up. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, with inbound and outbound strategies and a documented playbook to guide decisions.

We offer a base of £37.5k-£50k, OTE £75k-£100k, uncapped commission, accelerators, a 5-month ramp and 25 days holiday, plus pension and sick pay. You’ll report to the founders and have a clear path to Head of Sales as the company scales.
