Senior Estimator – Civil Engineering Tenders Lead

Energy Jobline ATTB is recruiting a Senior Estimator for civil engineering works in Winchester, Hampshire. This permanent role leads the estimating process, from tender review to submission, delivering accurate cost plans and competitive bids to secure new contracts.

You will review drawings and contract documents, obtain and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and work closely with pre-construction, commercial and operations teams across the South of England.
