Associate Planner — Lead Projects & Growth (Hybrid)

Rapleys is seeking an experienced planning professional to join our UK-wide team as a Chartered RTPI practitioner. You will oversee planning activities, manage client engagements, and lead projects while mentoring junior staff within a collaborative, hybrid-friendly environment.

You’ll work on complex schemes, provide high-quality planning advice, and help grow the practice. The role offers leadership development and cross-disciplinary collaboration across Rapleys’ offices.
