Employee Experience Data & Product Operations Specialist

JPMorganChase is seeking an EX Map Data & Product Operations Associate to own repeatable operational processes for the Employee Experience Map. You will coordinate data sourcing, transformation, mapping, validation, testing, and release readiness, while building controls, documentation, and service-management practices to scale the product.

Your work will enable better decision-making, reduce employee friction, and anchor decisions in real employee experience data across teams and systems.
