Site Reliability & Maintenance Lead

THG Ingenuity is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee the site’s maintenance strategy, driving reliability and safety across a fast-moving operation. You will work with Engineering and Facilities to shape the technical agenda and build a culture of continuous improvement.

You will lead TPM/RCM/FMEA, use CMMS data to address root causes, and own preventive maintenance planning while managing budgets and third-party contracts.
