Site Manager – Social Housing UPVC Upgrades (12m+)

Niyaa People Ltd is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee an ongoing contract upgrading UPVC doors and windows across social housing dwellings and mid-rise flats in Stoke. You’ll ensure on-site delivery and compliance with health and safety standards.

With SMSTS, strong technical knowledge and proven site management experience in social housing, you’ll coordinate trades and subcontractors, keep programmes on track and liaise with clients and managers to meet deadlines.
