Head Chef — Mediterranean Kitchen, Open Kitchen, 4‑Day Week

The Headland Hotel in Newquay is seeking a talentedHead Chef to own and lead the Deck’s Mediterranean-inspired venues. You will drive menus, manage two kitchens, mentor the brigade and oversee food cost, ordering and day-to-day operations in a busy hotel setting.

Working closely with the Executive Chef and a supportive senior team, you’ll bring creativity, discipline and a passion for produce-driven cooking while delivering an exceptional guest experience on a 4-day week schedule.
