Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an emergent leader to fill the role of Band 8a Lead Nurse for the Specialist Hip and Knee CNS Team at Stanmore. You will work with Joint Reconstruction Unit Consultants and operational colleagues, providing specialist continuity of care and leading a high-performing CNS team.

The CNS Lead will drive clinical leadership, develop the team, and ensure adherence to professional standards within the RNOH orthopaedic community.
