Head Chef: Lead a High-Volume Fresh Kitchen (East London)

Corecruitment is recruiting a Head Chef for a high-volume fresh food venue in East London. You will lead the kitchen, drive operation development and work closely with the owners to shape the next stage of the business.

The role requires proven Head Chef experience in a high-volume fresh-food operation, with £70k+ food sales and the ability to deliver quality at pace for 300+ covers per day. East London based with strong commercial acumen and people leadership.
