Hotel Gotham Bristol is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen as part of the pre-opening phase of Bristol’s first luxury five-star lifestyle hotel. You will shape and drive a multi-million pound F&B operation from day one, designing procedures and building a high-performing kitchen team.

The role focuses on an innovative Middle Eastern-Mediterranean inspired concept across three outlets, with a rooftop terrace and a signature cocktail bar serving Afternoon Tea.
