Project Manager

Beck & Pollitzer is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Chippenham and manage industrial machinery installation, relocation and decommissioning projects.

You’ll lead project teams, coordinate internal resources and subcontractors, manage customer relationships, control project costs and contract variations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively and on time.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing engineering projects, ideally involving machinery installation or relocation
• Strong Mechanical or Electrical contracting knowledge
• Experience leading project teams, subcontractors and internal resources
• Commercial confidence, including project cost control and contract variations
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and risk management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under demanding deadlines
• Clear, confident communication at both technical and professional level
• A relevant advanced technical qualification in engineering
