Head Chef to Multi‑Site Leader — Build & Scale Kitchens

Vivat Bacchus London is seeking a Head Chef to lead the Farringdon kitchen and learn the brand inside out. Working closely with our Group Exec Chef, you’ll bed in standards, sourcing, and systems, setting the stage to grow with future sites.

As we expand, you’ll recruit and train a successor in Farringdon, then open and run new venues, carrying forward the standards you’ve built. The path may lead to a Multi‑Site Chef role depending on performance and opportunity.
