Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Bristol (Long-Term)

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join the Bristol team on an ongoing basis. The initial contract runs through to at least the end of 2026 and offers a negotiable day rate for a commercially focused QS.

The role involves supporting commercial management across new build, external works, cladding and facades, working with project teams to manage costs, contracts and financial performance. Bristol-office presence is required.
