Description and Main Purpose of Job: The Staff Engineer is responsible for the overall technical coordination, supervision and follow-up of the Engine Department. The role ensures the safe, efficient and reliable operation of all machinery, technical spaces and assigned systems, while supporting the Chief Engineer in the planning, execution and control of maintenance, technical projects, safety management and operational readiness of the vessel.
