Meetings & Events Sous Chef: Lead, Create Memorable Menus

Rudding Park in the UK is seeking an enthusiastic Meetings & Events Sous Chef to lead and develop the M&E kitchen team. You will work closely with the Meetings & Events Head Chef and kitchen colleagues to deliver diverse events—from business meetings to weddings and conferences.

You will manage junior staff, train teams, monitor COSHH/health & safety, and contribute to menu development with the Head Chef and Development Chef.
